Who actually ships your order
You buy from TAS, and we stock across warehouses run by supply partners who ship on our behalf. One of them, or several, will be the return address on your parcel. Most ammunition sites treat that as back-office detail. We publish it, warehouse by warehouse, because the whole promise of this site is that you know which building your ammunition is in and what day it leaves.
The network
Cutoff times are local to the warehouse. An order placed at 3:45 PM Eastern misses Chattanooga for the day and still catches Prescott, which is why the countdown on a product page is tied to the warehouse holding that particular box, not to a single site-wide clock.

“Supply lines” counts the individual SKUs each warehouse has live in this catalogue: one line is one SKU that warehouse is holding for us, with its own quantity on hand.
Onboarding
What it takes to supply TAS
Every warehouse we add costs us more on any order it touches, and adds one more chance for a customer to be let down. Neither is worth it for a supplier who is merely cheap.

Licence and standing
Before a supplier's stock appears, they must hold current federal and state credentials for every category they want to supply, be a business in good standing, and be the same entity that will appear on the parcel. We re-check rather than treat paperwork on file as permanent.

Catalogue mapping
Their SKUs have to map onto TAS variants: brand, grain weight, bullet type, round count, pack type. A supplier does not get to invent a product; they get to make an offer against one that already exists, which is what makes prices comparable at all.

A stock feed we can read
Quantities must come from the supplier's own inventory system on a short cycle, not a file someone remembers to upload. A supplier who cannot commit to that does not go live, and a feed that goes stale takes that warehouse's stock off the site rather than quietly going on selling.

Cutoff and transit commitment
The supplier commits to a daily cutoff time and to ground transit days by destination zone. Those two numbers are what let a product page promise a shipping day and an arrival date instead of a vague 1 to 5 business days.

Test orders before the buy box
No supplier goes into the buy box on paperwork alone. We will place real orders, including a deliberate split, and check packaging, lot codes, adult-signature handling, tracking accuracy and how a return is dealt with, before their offers are shown to a customer.

Measurement, once live
Cutoff adherence, stock accuracy, damage rate and return handling will be measured per warehouse, and every supplier agrees to that up front. Persistent misses lose the buy box first and our business second.
Standing rules
What every warehouse has to hold to
These apply to every warehouse in the table above, equally. They are conditions of supply, not preferences.
- Ammunition ships in unopened manufacturer packaging with lot codes legible.
- Ground carriers only, adult signature required on delivery, no exceptions requested or granted.
- Restricted destinations are enforced at the warehouse as well as at our checkout.
- Stock counts reflect what is physically on the shelf, not what is on order.
- Returns are accepted on TAS terms; the customer never negotiates with a supplier.
- Price changes take effect on the next quote, never after an order is placed.
Supplying TAS
We add warehouses deliberately and slowly. The network is deliberately weighted toward geographic coverage rather than redundancy: another warehouse a hundred miles from an existing one adds cost without shortening anyone’s delivery. If you hold licensed inventory in a region we are thin in, and you can meet the standards above including a live stock feed, we would like to hear from you.
