Most ammunition sites let you discover the marketplace model at the front door on a Thursday. Here is the whole of it, up front.

Six warehouses, one cart
TAS does not sit on a warehouse of its own. 6 warehouses run by independent suppliers list what they actually have on the shelf, and we put all of it in one catalogue. When several of them stock the same box, you get the cheapest one that is genuinely in stock — the others stay visible on the product page if you would rather choose a different seller.

Your order ships from wherever the ammo is
Buy 5.56 that lives in Nevada and defensive 9mm that lives in Tennessee and you will get two boxes, on two days, from two buildings. We tell you which ones, and the date each will land, in the cart — before payment, not after delivery. If it is worth consolidating, the cart says so and offers the swap.

One charge, however many boxes
You are quoted a single shipping number and that is the number you pay, whether your order leaves one warehouse or four. Splitting an order costs us more to fulfil; that is our problem, not a line on your receipt. Over $600 shipping is free, and TAS+ members pay nothing regardless of subtotal or how many warehouses are involved.
